Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Basic Digital Security School for company employees offered by Secuvo. By accessing or using our services at secuvo.top, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any of our offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service as of the Effective Date above.

2. Our Offerings

Secuvo provides the following:

• Live digital security training services covering devices, passwords, work accounts, and phishing protection.
• Information products, including e-books, tutorials, and video modules.
• Physical goods, such as printed training manuals and branded security toolkits.

3. Registration and Access

To participate in our live services, you must register at secuvo.top and provide accurate contact information. Access to information products and purchase of physical goods also requires account registration.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Canadian dollars and are due at the time of purchase or registration. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods listed on our website. Access to purchased content or scheduled services will be granted after payment confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Live Services

Full refunds are available for live training sessions if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the session start date. To cancel or reschedule, contact us via our contact form. Refunds will be returned within 14 days to the original payment method. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable due to resource planning.

5.2 Information Products

For digital downloads (e-books, video modules), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 10% of the product has been accessed. To request a refund, use our contact form. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. After 14 days, all sales of information products are final.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned items.

5.4 Non-Refundable Services

Customized consulting packages and special corporate workshops are non-refundable due to preparatory work and scheduling commitments. You may request to transfer the service to another date or practitioner at no extra cost if notice is provided at least 10 days before the scheduled date.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Any changes will be posted on secuvo.top and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
